I feel this collection is my most ethereal yet weightless and luminous, like air itself. It carries the essence of my signature style—voluminous ballgowns, sweeping capes, fluid bias cuts, and the intricate embroideries that have become our hallmark—but reimagined with a lighter touch.

Some of these silhouettes I haven’t revisited in years, yet they feel perfectly of this moment when rendered with such delicacy. Even our embroideries have taken on a whisper-light feel, from the three-dimensional flowers to the signature embroidered bows that dance across a gossamer silk chiffon cape. Worn over a strapless column, it becomes effortlessly modern.

The palette is entirely white, kissed with silvery light and the faintest blue undertone—like moonlight on snow. I adore tulle for its dreamlike texture, and here, I’ve even braided it to create an otherworldly effect—romantic, celestial, and impossibly light.

For the Autumn 2026 Bridal Collection, generations share the secrets of the past. They pass down customs and memories woven into the fabric of a radiant love. The atmosphere is filled with soft words, airy and hushed. Every moment endures.

Emotions are whispered through the breath of lace. They hide within the light of inlaid embroideries and are revealed through the draping of duchess satin. Each gown becomes a love letter written in the ink of the heart, marked by timeless rituals.

One by one, flowers bloom gracefully like vows whispered under one’s breath, along a curve or in the hollow of a fold. Duchess satin, organza, and Chantilly lace unite in a ballet of graceful volumes and ethereal trains. Silhouettes move in infinite lace, sculpted with embroidery, evoking the memory of time.

The palette glows with patinated ivories and luminous whites —reflections of a burning promise, an eternal love.

Francesca Miranda Unveils Fall 2026 Couture Bridal Collection: ROSAS

COLLECTION INSPIRATION

Colombian designer Francesca Miranda returns to New York Bridal Fashion Week with the debut of her Fall 2026 Couture Collection: Rosas - a tribute to the timeless allure of roses and the intricate beauty they represent.

For this season, Miranda transformed a West Village townhouse into an immersive expression of her brand universe - a space filled with hundreds of roses flown in from Colombia’s premium grower, Wayuu, enveloping the rooms in scent and color. The floral installations, created by New York–based Colombian artist Carolina Malabet, echoed the collection’s essence: intricate, feminine, and alive.

Composed of eleven couture gowns, each handmade in Miranda’s Barranquilla atelier, Rosas explores texture as a language of emotion. Polka dot tulle, delicate laces, sculpted organza roses, and intricate hand-beading intertwine to capture both softness and structure - qualities that define the Francesca Miranda bride.

Photographed by Andrés Oyuela, another Colombian creative now based in New York, Rosas bridges heritage and modernity - a story of artistry rooted in Latin craftsmanship yet blossoming into a contemporary form.

The Fall 2026 Bridal Collection marks Monique Lhuillier’s return to the runway— a celebration of romance through a modern lens. This season, I dare my bride to dream, to push boundaries. A curated wedding trousseau, giving her the tools to put together looks that embrace her individuality and feel timeless yet personal. Presented in a salon-style showcase, looks flow from room to room allowing the intricate artistry, handwork and details to be experienced up close.

Airy fabrics drift effortlessly in motion—each piece rendered in romantic shades of ivory and cream. There is a play of shape and form — delicate minis with sculpted shoulders, short hemlines with cathedral-length veils. Silhouettes have been stripped down to their most refined form, evoking an ethereal purity that defines the season.

Jewelry has been styled with a sense of discovery — used unconventionally as jacket closures, or intentionally mismatched to push the bride’s individuality. Hair is pulled back in a sleek, modern knot and nails shimmer with polished opalescence.

Turn life into art with ELIE SAAB BRIDAL Fall Winter 2026, a collection that captures the spirit of the contemporary bride with visionary flair. Framed with luminous clarity, shaped with iconic simplicity, these meditations on femininity evoke a new golden age of portraiture that marries avant-garde attitude with timeless elegance.

Each look unites softness with strength, freedom with poise. A fairytale ballgown takes on contemporary ease with a ballerina neckline and subtle sweeps of embroidered stones. The classic contours of a strapless mermaid dress unexpectedly bloom with a precious meadow of beads, sequins and 3D organza flowers. A draped jacquard column, statuesque in repose, becomes fluid as water behind the sweep of a floor-length veil. “They say love often finds you when you least expect it, and our story is no exception.”

Lauren and Zachary were first introduced through a mutual friend. At the time, they were both focused on their own paths; and with life moving at such a fast pace, their initial encounter was “nothing more than a passing acquaintance.” Months later, however, fate seemed to intervene when they both ended up on family vacations in Cabo San Lucas at the exact same time.

“It was in Cabo,” Lauren describes, “surrounded by the sun-drenched beaches and warm ocean breeze, that everything changed. There was something magical about the moment – something about being away from our daily routines and surrounded by the natural beauty of the sea – that allowed us to truly connect. We saw each other with fresh eyes, and the chemistry between us was undeniable. That unexpected reconnection, sparked by the salty air and golden sunsets, became the beginning of something we could never have imagined.”

Lauren vividly remembers her first impression of Zachary, as he was “effortlessly charming, with a calm presence and an energy that drew people in.” Yet it was his music that truly caught her attention.

“He had such an unexpected, eclectic taste,” she explains. “It was soulful and nostalgic, yet current. I remember thinking, ‘If this guy’s heart is anything like his playlist, I’m in trouble.’ There was an ease to our conversations and an excitement that felt refreshing. I wasn’t just intrigued – I felt understood, seen, and completely myself.”

Cabo – “Our Special Place”

As the years went on, the couple’s connection only deepened as they traveled, built a life together, and “created a rhythm that felt like home.” When it came time to propose, Zachary chose to pop the question in the one destination that made sense: “Cabo – our special place.”

“He brought me back to where it all began,” says Lauren, “and in that same magical setting where we first fell for each other, he got down on one knee. I don’t remember every word he said – I was too overwhelmed with emotion – but I’ll never forget the feeling: pure joy, love, and a deep sense of knowing that this was exactly where I was meant to be.”

Planning a Destination Wedding at Banyan Tree Mayakoba

With Cabo playing such a significant role in Lauren and Zachary’s love story, planning a destination wedding in Mexico was an easy decision.

“We wanted a venue that felt luxurious, intimate, and deeply connected to nature,” Lauren adds. “We found exactly that in the breathtaking Banyan Tree Mayakoba. Nestled between pristine beaches and lush mangroves, the resort offered the perfect mix of serenity and sophistication. From the architecture to the landscape, everything felt intentional, elegant, and in harmony with the surroundings.”

“Planning a destination wedding could have been overwhelming,” she continues, “but we were fortunate to work with Michelle from My Perfect Wedding. Michelle has a unique ability to translate emotion into experience. She understood our vision and elevated it beyond what we thought possible. Her attention to detail, grace under pressure, and passion for her craft made the entire process feel seamless and joyful.”

A Luxurious and Intimate Atmosphere

When the wedding day arrived, there was a quiet stillness and a sense of awe that the big moment was finally happening. As the bride and groom got ready, they experienced laughter, happy tears, and a nervous energy that melted into pure joy as soon as they saw each other.

With the gentle sound of the ocean and the soft rustle of palm leaves in the background, the couple exchanged vows during a heartfelt wedding ceremony. That dreamlike setting transitioned seamlessly into the reception, where a luxurious and intimate atmosphere was brought to life.

“DJ Dulce brought the energy we hoped for, reading the room effortlessly and keeping the dance floor packed all night,” says the bride. “Vanessa Jaimes designed florals that were nothing short of extraordinary – lush arrangements in rich tones that perfectly reflected the natural beauty of Mayakoba while adding a romantic, modern flair. Our guests dined under the stars, surrounded by candlelight, enjoying an exquisite menu that celebrated local flavors with refined technique.

“What made the night truly unforgettable, though, were the little moments. The unplanned laughs with friends, the tight hugs with family, the look we shared across the table during dinner – it was all so full of love. There was a palpable sense of connection in the air, and we felt completely present, soaking in each second.”

Exploring Japan

After their luxurious destination wedding experience at Banyan Tree Mayakoba, the newlyweds set off to explore Japan for their honeymoon – an entirely new world for them that felt fascinating and inspiring.

“From ancient temples to buzzing cities and tranquil gardens,” Lauren shares, “every moment was an adventure. It was a beautiful way to reflect, to reset, and to savor the beginning of our marriage.

“And just when we thought this season of our lives couldn’t be any more special, we found out… we’re expecting a baby this September. We couldn’t be more excited to begin this next chapter as a family, carrying all of this love and magic with us into the future.

From an unexpected reunion in Cabo to saying ‘I do’ under the stars in Mayakoba, our story has been one of fate, deep connection, and celebration. And as we look ahead, we do so with full hearts, knowing that the best is yet to come.”

Gabriella and Matan Paret are a Hinge dating app success story, which unfolded like a modern day rom-com.

“From the moment I saw her eating a delicious slice of pizza as her profile picture on Hinge,” Matan states, “I was immediately drawn to Gaby. When she told me she had Grimaldi’s delivered to her at a club in Vegas, I knew I had to meet this girl.”

For Gaby, Matan’s love of food, restaurants, and travel were added bonuses to his charm. The couple’s first date took place on a rainy Monday night and included a hilarious mashup of scratch lotto tickets, food truck tacos, a swanky speakeasy, and a first kiss.

“This man didn’t just sweep me off my feet,” she shares, “he practically mopped the floor with me.”

“Drinks at a bar, tacos at a taco truck, and more drinks turned a rainy Monday into one of the best nights of my life,” Matan adds.

“I knew right away that this amazing woman in front of me was the person I hoped to end up with – she was funny, ambitious, loved her family fiercely, and loved food as much as me (which is saying something)! After that date, I was just constantly hoping and praying that she felt the same way.”

Gaby did, in fact, feel the same way; and she said “yes” on two special occasions. The first, being when Matan asked her to be his girlfriend at Sushi Fumi. The second, was when he proposed at the top of a castle, overlooking Mexico City.

A Destination Wedding at Grand Velas Los Cabos with a Soft and Romantic Ambiance

When it came time to plan their big day, Gaby and Matan decided to host a destination wedding at Grand Velas Los Cabos in Mexico.

“Lynette and her team knew exactly which vendors and what was needed to make our romantic, soft, fun, beautiful wedding of our dreams come true,” says Gaby. “Velas [Resorts] and Andres specifically was dedicated to making it happen.”

Surrounded by the exquisitely rugged setting of Mexico’s coastline, the bride and groom celebrated their nuptials amid a soft and romantic ambiance of lush florals, pops of pink, and Mexican influences.

As the couple shares, “It was the best weekend of our lives – happiest, most special feeling ever.”

To cap off an incredible Velas wedding experience, the newlyweds chose South Africa as their honeymoon destination.
